Amazon.sa Extremely BAD SERVICE & INCOMPLETE DELIVERY.

I placed the order for Casio Mini Piano Keyboard for SAR 236.00 on 11th August 2020 (ORDER # ***). The order was delivered on time but it was incomplete. The Power Adaptor was not provided. I returned the product and mentioned to provide the Power Adaptor. Again 2 & 3 time, they delivered the same product with power adaptor. Now, I am waiting for refund of my money but they keep saying "Will be refunded 24 hrs". Still no refund.
