Amazon.co.za: False Next‑Day Delivery Promise and Misleading Courier Communication

Ordered an item from them for my sons birthday, delivery was scheduled for before his birthday. Then without any warning or notification the package never arrived. After numerous delays I contacted Amazon.co.za only to be told that the supplier drop ships from China and after waiting more than a week. I would have to wait another week for it to arrive. Had I known this was the case I would never have ordered it from them.
