AMAZON.CO.ZA - FAIL!

I ordered a product from a supplier represented on Amazon.co.za which never arrived. I contacted Amazon.co.za customer care and requested the sale was cancelled. I received an email from them to say they would do this. However, the sale was never cancelled. When I enquired again I was told that the parcel was delivered. I never received the parcel and after numerous requests for proof of delivery I still do not have any rersolve. NO PRODUCT, NO PROOF OF DELIVERY, NO REFUND! Amazon.co.za have basically side stepped responsibility for this. BIG FAIL and I am sure Amazon.com would be extremely concerned if they knew how the local operation was trashing their brand. AVOID using Amazon.co.za
