Amazon.com are *******. Stay away!

Absolutely useless service. In May I signed up for an account, but after giving it a good look over, I decided I didn't want it. I canceled my subscription but they still charged me. Then in June, they charged me again. I then contacted Amazon.com. The guy I spoke to assured me he would return the debit order and that someone from a department would contact me with 24 hours to sort out the matter. He also assured me that my subscription was canceled. He ****. I was debited in July and now in August again. Amazon.com are *******. They are taking my money but not providing any service as my subscription is canceled.
