Amazon ZA Sells ****s and Breaks Refund Promises

I bought an expensive phone cover from Amazon ZA, and it turned out to be a counterfeit product – confirmed as **** by both MTN and Vodacom stores. I reported this immediately, and Amazon support assured me multiple times that I would receive my refund within 7 days. That deadline has passed, and no refund has been processed.
