Amazon useless provider

Bought Led recessed lighting from Amazon, instead I get a delivery of a plastic spaghetti spatula. Been a week of requesting a refund only to be told It has been escalated with the third party supplier ..hello its been a week with no response from the supplier ..obvious they have no intention of fulfilling the order .. getting a refund also seems a mission impossible.. save yourself the frustration of dealing with a company who obviously does not vet thier ************ supplier..lesson learnt to stick with a proven supplier like takelalot
