Amazon sucks.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Such bad service and by the lack of response to other people rating I can see that Amazon really DOESNT care about service at all. It’s just a website for any vender to load their junk on. It first started with a notification from Courier guy of delivery. I made arrangements to be at home. At 17:15 I get notification that the deliver will only happen the next day. I complained and 10 minutes later the order arrives. On opening the very filthy wrapped plastic in which my blankets came I saw they were the wrong colour, the wrong style and both were from different manufacturers. Upon registering a return, I learn that I now need to drop off the items and most probably have to pay for the courier back to a supplier to get my refund which I am wondering if I will get. To make matters worse I had to buy a box and print a label. It’s actually getting returned in a better manner than what i received it in. . All I can say is that this is pathetic, pathetic service from Amazon. You do t take ownership of anything Where is you go our. You make online shopping a taboo
