Amazon South Africa uses Indian Support Staff who Couldnt Care Less

What a joke selling on amazon south africa. I had some costume jewelry earrings listed for sale. They were cheap enamel inlaid earrings in a Christmas theme, trees, stockings, reindeers etc. Then 12 months later for some reason amazon flagged them as "containing diamonds or gold" and because I had a bunch listed, there were enough "violations" to cancel my account. All my appeals get the same canned response, with absolotely zero help from their indian "help" center. Even in their canned responses thay have forgotten to change amazon.in to amazon.co.za, what a joke! - Clearly they have no interest in supporting or offering any kind of value to south african sellers. If you sell online dont bother with amazon, their help support is beyond useless.
