Amazon South Africa - Shocking Service

Shocking service. I placed two orders on the 6 May with Amazon South Africa. www.amazon.co.za. Nothing has been delivered and I have not received any refunds. I cancelled the orders as I have not received the goods. No refunds has been processed and no correspondence confirming the refunds.
