Amazon South Africa is very disappointing!

I placed an order on Amazon for the first time on the 12th of August,I received the items on time but I was highly disappointed with the state of the goods. Not only were the items all full of dust as if it's BEEN lying on the shelves for years, but they also sent me the REGAL pet vitality liquid with the date clearly scratched out!! I obviously could not trust to give it to my dog,as it could be expired. I tried replacing the item but there customer service is unreliable! I then left a review and the next day the item was completely removed from the site. Amazon South Africa is clearly overated,has poor customer service...I wouldn't recommend it to anyone AT ALL!
