Amazon South Africa is the worst

I placed my first 2 orders almost 3 weeks ago and received the wrong items twice. I was made to pay for a courier to send everything back, then a whole lot of admin and phone calls and I still haven't received a refund. I sincerely regret buying from Amazon instead of Takealot and will never make that mistake again.
