Amazon South Africa is a ***** Company

hi, i am registered seller on Amazon South Africa. Since the time we have registered we have been having issues with Remittances. The Amazon warehouse claims there is missing stock everytime we dispatch a bulk order. We have video footage of our dispact to them and they still deny recieving complete stock. This can happen at times but it can;t happen EVERYTIME. Having said that they are asking for shotage claim from us. And say we are liable to pay them instead of them paying us for the stock we sent them. There is something fishy happening at the Amazon warehouse. Inspite of repeated emails to them nobody bothers to respond, let alone paying us for the stock wch we have rightfuly sent them.If any seller as exprienced this issue, pls connect with us on ***. We havent been yet paid for the stocks we sent.Vendors pls think twice before sending your stock to Amazon. They just gonna take the stock and send you a credit note to payup for missing stock. Absolutely unaccceptable out of such a reputed brand.
