Amazon South Africa - impossible to contact and shocking service.

Useless bunch. Don't waste your money or time. Two different orders - the first one was delivered with an item missing. I got paid out into the system and had to order the item again instead of them just sending the missing item. Second order was for a brass garden tap and a cheap and nasty plastic tap was sent instead, I had to provide a box and print a label so it could be collected. I am now waiting for a refund which I might not get as per many other complaints here!
