Amazon South africa.. good luck on refunds.

Bought a table but came damaged, requested return and refund. Refunds takes 14 working days and then up to 7 working days.. over a month for a refund is completely usless.. i want to buy another table but i must be short of the amount paid first? cmon lot of smaller business refunds take no longer than 2-5 days.

its compeltly put me off purchasing from amazon south africa ever again to be honest with you regardless the quick and free delievery there is no one to talk to. even their assistant chat is AI automated.
