Amazon South Africa ... Bad customer service

Jenna Clifford Pea**** Mugs Set of 4

I ordered Jenna Clifford Pea**** Mugs Set of 4 as advertised on Amazon South Africa (Seller: Lavishd) as a gift. Only 1 mug was shipped to me (3 mugs were not shipped).

I queried and the seller says that Amaxon made a mistake on the listing.

"30 Nov 2025 15:51 Hi this is an error from Amazon, where they changed the prices automatically, the R149 is for a single mug and a set of 4 is R599. Amazon will have to advise how they want to deal with this. We can either process a refund, or amazon would need to pay the difference for the three mugs. If we get an answer early morning we can still make a plan to deliver tomorrow. Our apologies for the inconvenience. I have had several issues like this from amazon"

Two subsequent follow up gad no response from Lavishd nor Amazon South Africa.

I called Amazon South Africa today who basically told me that they could not help with getting me the other three mugs ... they so not a process fir that. They would fix the website error ... like that would help me in any way. (By thw way the mugs still advertised as a set of 4 today so they do not even, acion, understand or make fixes based on customer queries raised already). I have now arranged for a courier pick up of the one mug and a refund.

Save yourself the headache and do not buy from Amazon South Africa ... They make their problems your problems and certainly do not believe in customer service.
