Amazon South Africa and SMTE Products

Sastro SMTE was the Supplier store of the luggage sets I purchased on Amazon. I ordered 3x SMTE Wave 3-Piece Same-Size Suitcase Set - Yellow 30-Inch Hardshell Checked Luggage with Spinner Wheels. I received Green Suitcases in various sizes.

I have sent it back and opted for the gift card as Amazon stated that within receiving the items back it will be processed within 4 - 6 hours.

It has been a week and all the Amazon says is that it still needs to be processed although it was delivered to them last week already (confirmed with the courier and waybill number)

Now I am without Suit cases and my money.

As a first time buyer on Amazon I will be using Takealot going forward with this ludicrous service and policies.
