Bought a bicycle which had a manufacturing defect, the front wheel could not be fitted at all. Amazon gave me the run around, took no responsibility, and made me contact their supplier to return the bike and get a refund. What kind of service is that? Amazon as the seller should take full responsibility of collecting their defective goods and refunding me in full.
