AMAZON selling counterfeit / **** products

Clearly counterfeit / **** pair of JBL headphones arrived after ordering it on Amazon. Did all the double checks to confirm it is ****. Got in contact with Amazon customer services saying I can return it and they will launch an investigation, but I am not privy to any findings of the investigation. Worst of all is that the package is to be returned to the original sender. Without any interference from Amazon or checks or anything. The consultant I spoke to also just cut the chat after I got persistent i wanting feedback from Amazon about what is going to happen to the supplier as they have other items also on the marketplace.
