Amazon sellers ****

I’ve started selling on amazon just a month ago.I was supposed to initiate my first payment of proceeds from my inventory on the 8th October only to receive an email that my account has been deactivated on the 1st of October due to a “violation “ of a product that is not even a part of my inventory.According to my account health it was 200/1000 as required with zero violations.and according to their policy if a product is flagged an agent is supposed to call you and discuss steps to avoid deactivation.None of that was done. Amazon south Africa are ****ming sellers .mind you the same thing happened to my younger brother 2 months ago when he was supposed to receive funds his account was deactivated and they withold stock.They just tell you to apeal and never get back to you.they hold your stock and funds.mind you the item flagged not even a single item was sold.
