Amazon Sa never again

You don't even deserve a star. I ordered goods as Christmas gifts wich was meant to be delivered 17 Dec. When o went onto app to track my parcel they said that there was no order to preview. Phoned customer care they said my order has been canceled and I did not even receive a notification. Amazon SA you will never get any order from me ever again this is unacceptable especially because when I placed order it showed that there was still stock now I must wait 7 working days for my refund.
