Amazon SA have no client service

I ordered Magnetic Lashes and the box says it’s come with a glue and I ordered because I have tons of lashes not glue so I was looking forward to using it and the box didn’t have glue and I told them for the 1st time it was a Friday right after receiving the order and they said they will send a courier on Monday and the will check it then send another correct item so I waited till Monday the courier came.

Few days later they delivered and I received the exact box no glue and I sent them a message and they IGNORED me, I resent to returns again and again no one is responding and I wanted my money back cause they didn’t deliver and I don’t need lashes I have a lot of them. I am not even sure anymore what to do seeing that they are not responding. It’s very disappointing why do we even have Amazon SA we did better with Amazon.com but our country is failing us with extremely expensive tax on the goods you have to pay 200% of your order but now this happens mxm!
