Amazon return policy unacceptable

I bought ponchos and they delivered a ludu game Now i asked for pick up and 3 days no response I had to call in and they said i have to pay for return- i said not acceptable and they now say wait 48h again - after the 48h now they want pics of wrong item with more excuses I lost my money and now must play ludu Amazon sa big idiots be careful their return policy Like trump very bad
