Amazon Return Pickup Not Honoured

I lodged a return on the day I received my order, 27 August 2026. The courier scheduled my return pickup for 28 August 2026 but failed to arrive. I contacted Amazon customer services, yet the return pickup has still not been rescheduled. Amazon’s procedural failure is wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration. I expect Amazon to urgently sort this out and honor its return obligations without further delay.
