Amazon Purchase experience

Order dinner set from amazon for R999. Items were delivered broken due very very poor packaging. The box looked as if somebody used it as a soccer ball. The return process is horrible, had to pay R150 for returning the items in original packaging. I was only refunded R700 and the reason being items broken and cannot be sold. Seems like amazon expected the items to be repaired on the way there. Do not purchase from Amazon, its a ****. Never has issues like this from Takealot ever. Will never purchase from amazon ever again. They make easy money ****ming people.
