Amazon Pathetic with return!!!!

How do u get hold of an online business to communicate when the options on the app or website do not solve your query!!! Please stay far from Amazon with regards to electronics unfortunately very difficult to get hold of them especially telephonically. Sent a parcel back last week called the courier to ask what’s going on with my return, they can’t advise need to wait for Amazon no news from Amazon to date!! What’s frustrating I know there is a Cape Town number to call but can’t seem to find it…
