Amazon orders that went missing and they wont refund

Online order went missing, had to follow up myself more than 8 times, only option was to reorder with a voucher they said they can give me, I did that but that too didn't deliver and 30 days later I can now not be refunded but only offered more vouchers as its now marked as a voucher order, contacted their support and asked for a manager they wont refund me only offer vouchers. I will not let them have my money, lodged a complaint with *** and with ***. Very poor customer service n feedback and not willing to help even though I'm the customer and i paid.
