Amazon is useless.

Totally useless trying to get login. I have changed my password multiple times, Now they say I have to verify who I am as someone tried to use my account from the US with wrong card details. I follow their steps, put in that I am from South Africa and send identification. The system then tells me I have put in the wrong country and puts me back to USA. I assume they want to do business here in South Africa, so someone with a brain from their SA office will have to contact me and sort out the nonsense. In the meantime I use their competition. Good luck getting an amazon contact email address to complain to.
