Amazon doing false advertising

False advertising

They are doing false advertising and saying delivery next day to get the sale

Then items are not available and they say all I can do is cancel the ordeelr and get credit

After a fight it was that we can get refunded and that will take some time.

How are we allowing this false advertising.
