Amazon does not protect or care about my experience with them

On the 8th of January I add 2 x Crucial X9 2TB Portable SSD into my Amazon basket gor R3630 each. The next morning I call the supplier who is selling the same item for R4929 and speak to Ebrahim to ask them some technical questions. When he finally comes back to me on WhatsApp, I go back onto Amazon only to find that the items are no longer available at R3630 and that the seller, who is MicroWorldOnline, have inflated their price to R4739.Absolutely disgusting! So MicroWorldOnline were not happy that their product was R1299 cheaper at Amazon and on special until 23 Jan 2026 so they "removed" it from Amazon, hiked the price and then had it relisted back at Amazon!
