Amazon cannot be contacted directly

My order is late. It’s was ordered on 22 august 2024 and is still trapped in customs in kempton park.

I ordered a replacement which took 3 weeks.

As the parcel has not been delivered, there is no option available to me to either cancel the order or claim for the late delivery.

Unless someone takes action, this parcel will stay there accumulating storage costs.

The most disappointing thing is I cannot get hold of Amazon
