Amazon banned me for unknown reasons.

I ordered for the first time ever last week from Amazon South Africa. I was really impressed - received the first part of the parcel on Friday. Then I got an e-mail on Saturday 23:00 saying that my account will be blocked because of violations of the T&C's. I never ordered before - neither have used another of e-mails or cellphone number to order. Seems to me Amazon doesn't need any customers. All they say is that another account of mine has been blocked by them because of violations of refunding and sending back items, without disclosing it to me or giving me proof. Do I worry - not really - in South Africa we have Takealot (cheaper) and Loot. Then always Shein or Temu. Cheers Amazon - I ordered 5 items which I got, now I am banned for unknown reasons.
