Amazon bad service

Amazon is the most worst online shopping company i bought sweet that showed me its a pack of 10 piece pictures all showed that its a sealed pack just to fine out its not as advertised an no where did it say in non returnable so iv emailed and emailed what they requested but they do not respond.
