AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE

I am amazed by the wonderful customer service I received from Amazon South Africa. Most companies only let you email or online support. I entered my number on the website and immediately on a Saturday they called me to sort out my problem. Farieda was the staff member that was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to assist me. I am truly impressed by a company that cares. I had a damaged product I bought from 3rd party seller on the platform and had problem to return because of a wrong address.
