after 2 calls to agents nothing resolved

I buy from amazon.com and amazon.in but Amazon South Africa has really disappointed me.

I purchased a light which arrived in a box which was opened many times and remote was missing

Getting a refund has been impossible

have to return the goods at my cost and claim back the cost afterwards?

am receiving acknowledgments of my complaints but no resolution
