Account closed for no reason. No explination

Account has been closed by Amazon. Violating refund an return policies? After asking for explination, still no answer. Advertising 6 X 775gr dog food for R28.00 and the only send 1 tin. After phoning and explaining they refund or correct order. Now all of a sudden my acc is closed and I am not allowed to order from them again. Defenitley not good customer service.
