Account Closed and I do not know why

I was kicked out for no apparent reason, my account closed, after I made a successful, first time purchase, I received an email from customer service a day after I received my order that and I quote: "Return Policy Violation We have noticed that you have continued to violate our returns and refund policy." My account was closed and no matter that I know nothing about any previous accounts with them they are adamant that I violated some rules and I do not know what they are talking about. They also did not show me any proof of this alleged violation so I do not know anything about who, what, when or where any of these accusations happened. So that is that, no going against Big Corp - I mean what's my measly couple of hundred Rand going to make any difference to. I will stick to Takealot.
