Absolutely horrible

I ordered an item on 28 November and the estimated delivery was within 5 days, but they kept on delaying the item, the first delivery attempt was only made 18 December by DPD laser but there was absolutely no communication informing me that it will be delivered so I was not available. I arranged for delivery for the 21st but got nothing. I cant even cancel my order or log a return because you actually need to have you’re package to do so.
