3 x same incorrect item sent

Very poor service. They dont check the orders before they go out. I ordered 3 items and they were all wrong. I returned them but only 2 were collected. I am so disappointed by their attitude trying to blame me for not selecting the correct way they do things. I would appreciate a call and correcting the errors they made by not checking what they send out.
