3 weeks no refund

3 weeks and no refund. I logged a request the very same day I received the item as it was defective. Next day 24 Dec, courier guy collected it.. a week later 31 Dec, courier guy delivers the exact same package.. Lucky it was the same guy that collected it. He checked and said it was an error and took the parcel back.. to date, I have received my refund. There is no means to contact customer service with regards to refund. Very disappointed
