Very disappointing service

I ordered and paid for a product on 2 July. It was due for delivery by latest 5 August. To date (24 August) it has not arrived. I have received numerous emails from the site requesting my feedback on the product. Initially I contacted the seller and was told I would just have to wait however long it takes and if I want to I can then return it. Despite my communicating the difficulty I have experienced there has been no follow up or attempt to resolve the issue. <br> I recently went back onto the site to provide feedback in an attempt to get some answers but instead received an automatic reply to say that they cannot post my feedback on their site.
