Very disappointed!

I’m utterly disappointed with Amazon, I placed an order which was suppose to take 10 days to deliver, over a month and a half later still nothing! To add insult to injury I was sent an email to rate their services… on something I haven’t gotten… ***!? After giving the appropriate “poor service” rating I was contacted by their help centre who generously offered to resend my order and said that I could keep the first one for my trouble, then asked me to retract my poor service rating, I said I would only review my rating once I received my order. Its now weeks later and neither package has arrived and when I logged on to check the status of my order, Amazon have removed my order and now it shows I haven’t ordered anything in the last 6 months… no doubt to get rid of my poor service rating. Well done Amazon, if they can’t get the customer satisfaction rating they want, they’d rather delete a entire order than work on actually satisfying the customer
