Undelivered items for 3-months an counting

Order# *** - S Grobler South Africa I placed an order 1 December 2021 which did not arrive yet 10 Feb 2022. Just wondering why there is no email where you can send a complaint to, the ChatBot does not give out any email address. I don't think that anyone should wait almost 3-MONTHS for their order. This is unacceptable especially because there is no reason given for the delay. I do NOT want a refund, I want my order.
