unable to get any response from HR

Rashid Asvat, former employee of amazon development centre resigned 5th December 2015,. I have a provident fund with momentum that should be paid out. My wife called momentum and they were very helpful, informing her that the delay on my payout was caused by my former employer that hasnt completed the forms. She then called amazon development centre, information desk and asked to speak to someone in HR. She was told to speak to mariana and that they will put her through. The call wasn't answered and she was given mariana's desk number. She called mariana over 8 times and she has only answered once saying that momentum received the claim. She then called momentum again and they told her that they're still waiting for feedback from Amazon since December and they causing the delay. She then called mariana again another 20 times and no reply. She called info desk again and they told her that mariana is at work but they don't know why she isn't answering her calls. She asked to speak to someone else and that person also didnt answer the call from info desk. I am helpless and wish that amzon would play their part and fill in the forms and get back to us.
