Unable to access Prime video account

About 3 days ago, I was unable to access my Prime video app, my password all of a sudden didn't work, I then tried to reset it, the Amazon process online was unable to send a verification code to my mobile sms number. I tired about 15 times in different ways using the Amazon site and the prime video site to find a way to reset my password. Nothing worked. To get hold of Amazon, I have to call them ONLY, which I can't do, I live in SA. online there are no email contact details for Amazon. I actually now do not know what to do to rectify this? Please assist?
