Stupid security go in circles solution

I cannot get logged into my Amazon Account. It tells me I have to change my password, then it sends OTP, type that in, then it asks me a security question I have no clue of. Have no idea how it got there, as it asks for phone number I have never, seen, used etc. I happen to have a memory that can still remember my phone number from 35 years ago in another town...
