I will never order from Amazon again!

About 2 months ago I ordered books from Amazon.com... I have contacted them 5 times over the 2 months, and they keep telling me 'I will receive the books soon'... Today, I contacted them yet AGAIN... Only to find out that the books have been lost by the courier... When I requested them to send me I knew set of books, they told me they can't!!! How is this possible! Amazon has literally just ****** from me, not to mention the hours of my life I have spent on hold to their pathetic customer service!
