Fantastic service from amazon support

Amazon's support center is an extremely user friendly and efficient system. I had an issue with being billed for a membership that I didn't use. Within minutes the agent (Felix) looked into my account and cleared a reversal of the charges. I wish other companies had this level of support!<br> <br> Thanks VERY much for such a smooth experience for something that usually causes headaches in other settings. :)
