Beware - Amazon will keep your products and you can't get them back!

Been trying to remove our products from Amazon FBA since October last year. Created a removal order 8 times and each time they keep getting cancelled. Amazon FBA UK is now sitting with our stock. Have tried contacting support, logged tickets but nobody cares. This is now theft! We cannot get our products back and nobody can help us at Amazon!
