APPALLING

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Waited in ALL DAY, no delivery, they told me there was DIFFICULTY. The ONLY difficulty was that they did NOT COME. I was sitting 3 feet from my front door on my laptop, WAITING. Possibly he couldn't lift his arm to knock at the door. I called Amazon and complained, I was told I would get a delivery that evening. Did this happen? NO. I had just come home today, was out at an important appointment. After I got home there was the delivery. He asked for the numbers, I gave the only numbers I had, yesterdays. The man said NO.

Now Amazon won't redeliver. For THEIR MISTAKE.

AMAZON ARE ****. Told me I have to Order AGAIN? AS IF I haven't enough to do, for THEIR MISTAKE.
