AMAZON TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I am furious with Amazon.com, I placed an order for a E Gift card for my son, i am in SA and he is in the UK, he received the gift car4d but when he tried to redeem it, it said it has been redeemed. It cost me a lot of money and Amazon hides behind Bots to answer questions and sends you on a run around of note, all their email addresses keep on being rejected. How on earth does one actually sort out a problem with them!!!!!!!! I want a full refund and don't know who to contact and please don't say phone them, with technology today one shouldn't have to phone especially overseas!!!!!
